Thomas O’Brien is a seasoned professional in the field of athletics, boasting nearly two decades of experience in collegiate sports. With a background that includes pivotal roles at both Fordham University and Manhattan College, Thomas has honed his expertise in sports medicine, athlete development, and wellness. Now serving as the head trainer for South Kent Athletics, Thomas brings his passion for building complete student-athlete experiences to the forefront, prioritizing health and wellness in every aspect of athletic preparation. Committed to empowering athletes to reach their full potential, both on and off the field, Thomas’s dedication and leadership make him an invaluable asset to the South Kent community.
