AMG | Live Broadcasting Code of Conduct
To ensure a respectful, professional, and safe environment during all live broadcasts, all hosts, guests, and participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:
1. Respectful Behavior
– Treat all individuals with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
– Avoid hate speech, discriminatory language, harassment, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected status.
2. Appropriate Language and Content
– Use professional and appropriate language at all times.
– Do not broadcast or promote content that is violent, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
– Refrain from using slurs, profanity, or gestures that may be offensive.
3. Privacy and Consent
– Ensure all individuals who appear on the broadcast have given informed consent.
– Do not share private or sensitive information (yours or others’) without explicit permission.
– Respect copyright and intellectual property rights—only use media you own or have permission to share.
4. No Illegal or Dangerous Activities
– Do not engage in or promote illegal, unsafe, or harmful behavior.
– Weapons, drug use, or any form of criminal activity are strictly prohibited on stream.
5. Professional Presentation
– Dress appropriately and present yourself in a manner consistent with the purpose and audience of the broadcast.
– Be punctual and prepared for each session.
– Avoid excessive background noise or disruptive distractions.
6. Technical Preparedness
– Ensure internet connection, audio, and video quality are tested prior to going live.
– Use appropriate software, overlays, and moderation tools to maintain stream quality.
7. Moderation and Interaction
– Engage with your audience respectfully and inclusively.
– Appoint moderators (if applicable) to manage chat and address inappropriate behavior from viewers.
– Have clear community guidelines visible and enforce them consistently.
8. Accountability
– Accept responsibility for your words and actions during the live broadcast.
– If a mistake is made or something inappropriate occurs, address it transparently and take corrective action.
