David Brooks Keffer, age 86, passed away due to congestive heart failure on September 21, 2022 at home.
David is survived by his wife, Steffi; children, Jill, Jonathan, Jason, Neal, Jennifer, Larry and Suzette; grandchildren, Alex, Andrew, Jack, Emma, Harry, Theo and Dylan; and an extension of family and friends.
David was born on October 17, 1936 to parents Harry and Bonnetta. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. In 1958, he moved to Florida and accepted a position as a Sales Representative at A.G. Edwards where he worked for more than 20 years.
David was a great family man and a loving father. He married Steffi in 1995 and the couple shared children together. He was a social, active man who loved to play golf and always tried to meet the needs of his children – whether it be education, building a business or preparing for a wedding. David always tried his very best. His friends and family will always remember him as a fair and kind person.
