Peter Raymond ’64


Peter Raymond found his passion for rowing on Hatch Pond and rowed for Princeton University and in two Summer Olympics, earning a silver medal in 1972. He’s held coaching positions at the Naval Academy and Harvard University, earning a spot in the National Rowing Hall of Fame. He served as editor of The Oarsman, the United States Rowing Association magazine, for eleven years before working as a writer and teacher at Babson College, Wellesley School, and Noble and Greenough School.
