Playing at South Kent
Since 1923, athletics have been a fundamental aspect of student life at South Kent. With year-round athletics programs at varying levels, there’s an opportunity for every student to be involved.
South Kent School is a member of the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC), New England Basketball League (NEBL), Prep Hockey Conference (PHC), and Housatonic Mountain Biking League (HMBL). Teams have the opportunity to participate in post-season tournaments and compete for League and New England titles. Other key sports include Lacrosse, Golf, Cross Country, club sports like Ski, Snowboarding, and more casual sports like Pickleball, Tennis, Volleyball, Swim, and Hiking.
