Drew Lambert is a new assistant on the 16U Hockey coaching staff, coming from West Barnstable, MA. Hockey has been in Drew’s blood since he was a young kid, as he has remained dedicated to the sport. After being a standout prospect in high school, Drew received a scholarship to play at DIII New England College from 2017-2021. Along with his stellar play, Drew shined in the classroom, winning Academic All-Conference Honors twice in his career. He was also a dual sport athlete, starring on the New England College lacrosse team.
Following his graduation in 2021, Drew earned an opportunity to coach at Culver Military Academy in Indiana. He spent three seasons coaching as an assistant for the U16 AAA and U18 AAA teams, and he later was the Varsity A head coach. Drew succeeded from the get-go at Culver, racking up several accolades such as helping qualify for Nationals three times, winning the MidAm District Championship twice, and getting crowned as Indiana Class 4A champions once. From 2022-23, Drew coached on the U18 AAA staff that helped the squad earn a #2 national ranking.
Drew continues to develop loads of hockey talent, specifically from his tenures with Pinnacle Hockey Club and Paul Vincent Skating. Drew runs the Pinnacle Hockey Club hockey operations, allowing him to gain recruiting experience by handpicking his own teams. His tenure with Paul Vincent has enabled him to pick the brains of several well-renowned professional coaches, preparing him to instruct high level hockey talent. From mini mites to professionals, Drew has been at the forefront of nurturing hockey players to fulfill their entire potential. In two summers, over 17 players have committed to play college hockey under Drew’s guidance.
