Help Shape the Future of a South Kent Student
South Kent School is excited to invite alumni and friends to join our Life Lab program this winter and spring as part of our mission to prepare boys for meaningful lives beyond the Hillside.
On February 4th, we’ll host a Life Lab Engagement Workshop in Brown Gymnasium, where Fifth and Sixth Form students will have the chance to meet and learn from South Kent alumni and friends working in a wide variety of industries. Through small group conversations and short panel sessions, students will ask questions, explore different career paths, and practice introducing themselves to professionals.
This is a chance to give back in a way that’s personal and powerful—by helping boys find their voice, imagine their path, and feel confident about life after South Kent.
In April, we’ll take the program one step further. Life Lab students will travel to New York City to participate in on-site career shadowing at the offices of alumni and friends who are open to hosting. These day-long visits will give boys a firsthand look at what it’s like to work in various sectors—from startups to law firms, hospitals to marketing agencies, and everything in between.
Whether you’re able to join us on February 4th, host students in April, or both, we’d love to hear from you.
