  • Western New England Prep Golf Invitational

    April 24th, 2017

    On Wednesday, May 10th South Kent School will host the second annual Western New England Prep Golf Invitational (WNEPGI) at Bull's Bridge Golf Club.  Fourteen teams will take the tee at beautiful Bull's Bridge Golf Club for 18 holes of tournament play.  Paul Ramee Jr., Director of Golf/Club Manager, and the club have been a driving force in establishing this amazing event.

  • Students Help out Community with Earth Day Clean Up

    April 22nd, 2017

    Every year for Earth Day, the boys gather and clean up trash on local roadsides in conjunction with the Kent Conservation Commission. Led by head of the Call to Service Affinity Group Father Klots, the boys came together in the assembly hall to coordinate and then splitting up into groups to cover local roads from Kent to the South Kent campus to Gaylordsville, students and faculty put in quite the effort to clean and improve our earth.

  • Balsa Wood Bridges, May They Rest in Pieces

    April 17th, 2017

    The results are in for the Fourth Form’s Balsa Bridge Competition. This annual event challenges each student in the Form’s Pre-Engineering class to design and construct a bridge using slender balsa wood strips and glue.
