Advanced Media Group
You are here
South Kent School's Advanced Media Group (AMG) offers students the opportunity to learn video broadcasting, editing, commentary, and more. Inaugurated in 2003, AMG began as a film production club to record athletic events on VHS tapes. 10 years later, the club has grown with the evolution of technology, offering students access to iPads, mobile technology, and drones with GoPros to gather high quality footage.
Using state-of-the-art HD cameras and digital video editing tools, the student-run organization currently directs and produces live webcasts of many of the School's events. AMG has traveled to many campuses to share their knowledge and technology so that others might begin similar programs.
If you are interested in learning more about the group or have specific questions, you may email the group at amg [at] southkentschool.org (subject: Message%20from%20Website) .
